2. Your work is your property. You agree to not steel anyone else's work.
3. You agree to keep everything in this course pertaining to business information confidential.
4. You will ask permission before sharing anything about a student's work in this class.
5. The templates and content of this course belongs to Alberta Business Grants. You can use them to write your grant applications. If you wish to use them for commercial purposes, you must get the consent of Alberta Business Grants Ltd.
6. One student is able to access one licence. If you want to share with others in your organization, please let me know. I'll work out a reasonable licence fee with you. Thank you for being honest.
INDEMNITY CLAUSE
From and after the delivery point of services as outlined above, Alberta Business Grants Ltd. will be held harmless from any/all claims (including claims for personal injury, death or property damage), losses, expenses, damages, suits, causes of action and judgments of any kind related to our duties and obligations while under the auspices of your business.
NO LOBBYING
ABG is not lobbying on behalf of the Organization. ABG is just writing a grant for the Organization to submit. ABG is not sending the grant from its office, or under ABG email/letterhead. ABG will not initiate any type of communication with the government on behalf of the Organization for payment.
NO GUARANTEE OF WINNING
Most grants are competitive, and the reasons for winning can be diverse. ABG makes no guarantee that you will win a grant. We do commit to helping you write a high-quality grant, faster.
REFUND POLICY
100% refund up to 48 hours before the course starts. Once students have access to the entire course portal, which happens 48 hours before the course starts, no refunds are available.
